Oh February

O

If you ever thought that a relationship is easy, let me tell you this: it is not. Millennials do not understand this, but a relationship is 90% hard work and 10% rewards. Unfortunately, not even us, iGeniuses understand it sometimes.

Let me tell you a thing or two about relationships. They are not perfect and most of the times, a relationship is at a steady state. Why? Because people work and they see each other at the beginning of the day and at the end, reducing the possible collisions.

When two people start spending more time together, if they do not know each other that well, they start to discover. Exploration causes topics, topics might cause discussions and a discussion can easily turn into an argue.

That is perfectly normal. However, what matters is if in the end, after the argue, your love is untouched and you both agree it was a stupid subject to fight about.

That’s what happens with me and Her. We had an argue, so meaningless and unimportant that I cannot even remember what it was about. But I still love her, the same way I did before or even more.

Arguing is sometimes a way for us to complain about our thoughts (even if they are unreal) or show to our special someone what problems we are fighting with inside our head and ask for help. Obviously, I am talking about dummy fights. Cheating, abusing or violence is still not allowed.

As a conclusion, people, stop being kids and just move over fights. They are healthy and a perfectly normal thing in a relationship. Just don’t fight every day, maybe every other day?

TIP: In a fight, always stay close to your loved one, never leave their side.
